Hitachi Elevator Guangzhou Factory N Block Lighting Renovation

The lighting solution is designed to solve the problems of insufficient illumination, high energy consumption, short life and difficult maintenance of the traditional lamps in the N workshop of Hitachi Elevator (Dashi), in order to meet the national standard lighting requirements, energy saving and other design standards.

Factory N workshop, indoor area of more than 10,000 square meters with highbays, industrial wall-mounted fans and control boxes, ceiling ventilation fans, single-phase fans. After careful evaluation, all the lighting was replaced with Betop intelligent high bays 200W. Industrial wall-mounted fans are all equipted with three-phase control boxes, single-phase fans with smart sockets. The ventilation of factory roof are all controlled by Meshon Control modules. One set of lux sensor is installed to provide daylight haversting for all highbays.

In the workshop control room, the dual backup IPCs are used to host Meshon lighting control system, which support iPad apps and web UI for workshop managers. All the lighting and ventilation can be scheduled to perform on-off and dimming according to the factory schedule system. All the equipments can be used in lighting map to monitor devices status in real time, and corresponding energy consumption is displayed with historical curve.
